FINANCIAL AND INSURANCE
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments and bank drafts. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
We strive to find a form of payment suitable for you; therefore, we offer an in-house financing payment plan. With a small amount as a down payment, you can pay the remaining balance in no-interest, low monthly payments. Ask our staff for further information on this financing option.
We offer third-party financing through CareCredit and Springstone Financing:
- CareCredit: A proud partner of GE Capital and accepted at over 150,000 locations, CareCredit is a personal line of credit for qualifying healthcare expenses that can make your medical, dental, orthodontic, ophthalmological – even veterinary – treatments more affordable! An excellent choice for financing out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, CareCredit offers payment plans with 0% interest for up to 24 months on approved procedures, and payment plans with a low 14.90% APR for up to 60 months. If you’d like to know what your monthly payments may be under a CareCredit plan, visit their helpful Online Payment Calculator.
- Springstone Financing: Springstone Financing offers patients an easy, affordable way to get the elective procedures they want, using payment plans that stretch all the way up to 84 months, with APR rates as low as 3.99%. Springstone also offers promotional plans and interest rates for certain procedures. To calculate your monthly payment under a Springstone plan, visit their Payment Calculator page.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
